Yes, Yes! The SoothSpa is designed with an adjustable, flexible strap that comfortably fits all neck and shoulder sizes.

How long should I use it per session & how frequently?

You can use it once or twice daily, depending on your comfort level. We recommend each session to be used 15-20 minutes. You may enjoy it a few times a week or daily if you like it!

Does it come with a warranty?
